3. Description of Services

Eldoriah provides rejuvenation retreats, therapeutic treatments, and leisure activities designed for retired individuals.

4. Purchase of Services

To book a service, clients must complete the booking process and provide accurate details. Confirmation is subject to availability.

5. Purchase of Information Products

Digital guides and health resource materials are available for download upon completion of the purchase process.

6. Purchase of Goods

Physical items such as wellness kits and comfort products are sold via the website and shipped to the address provided by the client.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or transfer of a service at least 14 days before the scheduled date. To request a refund or transfer, please use our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 30 days via the original payment method.

Certain premium treatments that require advance booking of external facilities are non-refundable due to resource allocation. Such non-refundable services will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

7.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided the resource has not been accessed or downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if they remain unused and in original condition. To arrange a refund, contact us via our contact form. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back at our expense and issue reimbursement within 30 days after receipt.

8. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule any service at least 7 days before the original date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approval is subject to availability.

9. Non-Refundable Services

Workshops and specialized consultations that require dedicated personnel and materials are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and covers incurred costs.
